2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KindCart. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Sales

When creating products on KindCart, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about items
• Only list items that you have the legal right to sell
• Ensure you have ownership or authorization to sell the item
• Accurately describe the condition of items

5. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are processed through our secure payment system. Sellers receive payment after the buyer confirms receipt of the item. Sale proceeds, minus 3% for payment system fees and platform operations, are donated to charity.

6. Charity Donations

KindCart donates sale proceeds (minus 3% for platform operations) from each transaction to charitable organizations. The recipient foundations are selected by the seller and disclosed on our transparency page. These donations are made on behalf of the platform, not individual users.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited on KindCart:

• Illegal items or items that violate any laws
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Dangerous or hazardous materials
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

8. Limitation of Liability

KindCart is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We provide a platform for users to connect but are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of KindCart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
